While I was waiting I heard about a modding contest Gigabyte was going to host at Dreamhack Winter, so I started working on the mod to finish it and enter that contest, however, I was not able to get the water-cooling gear before that but Be-Quiet was nice to send me their Shadow Rock 2 which looked really good in the case.

I also used Be-Quiets SFX powersupply, I wanted a shroud that would cover the power supply and the pump in the bottom, so I made on out of acrylic that I also painted black. Something that also was a perfect fit was the acrylic fangrill from Mnpctech, it gave the case an aggressive look.

Dreamhack is always a nice experience - if you ever get the opportunity, take it! I did not win the modding contest but I was happy that I was able to finish something on one weeks build time.

A few weeks after Dreamhack I got the water-cooling gear from EK and I started planning how to make the custom loop. I wanted to have the pump under the shroud in the bottom and this was at first a big challenge.

This is a small case, I don't used a graphics card but it is still pretty hard to get all the cables and tubes in place, but after some more planning I figured it out. The radiator was installed in the front and the reservoir in the top of the case.

Mayhems white pastel was a no-brainer for this project. Something that I have tried to fix with all kinds of techniques is to remove the scratches, this scratches has been made by people on LAN-parties and in school when I first made this case.

I tried different polish methods, I tried wet sanding, flame polishing. However, you can only see the scratches when light is aimed right at them. Except for those scratches I'm very happy with the finished result
